Science & Technology Fame and Popularity (Zila Yojna)

            To regularize the and to generate more budget from the State Government, it was decided in the Council that the budget should be divided into two section i.e. state sector & district plan. At state level the programme will be conceived and designed and implemented as per direction of National and Sate Government and as per requirement through Universities, Technical and Medical Institution while at district level the programme will be designed as per their local needs.

            The objective under the district plan programmes is to decentralize the programme in the district and cover the more masses in general and children in particulars.
